Derek Humphrey at Church of Satire

Derek Humphrey is a Brooklyn based stand up comic who has appeared on MTV, has been featured on ABC, in the New York Times as well as the NY Post. Derek hosts the podcast “Derek Mansplains It All” where he talks to anyone who is not a straight white male like himself, which has over 8K downloads on iTunes and Spotify alone. Derek’s blend of crowd work, storytelling and joke writing has made him one of the most dynamic acts in New York and on the road. In addition to stand-up, he is a regular on both the Comedy Cellar's "Live From America" Podcast and on QED’s “Movies R Dumb” with Frank Coniff of Mystery Science Theater 3000. Derek is also host and co-producer of "Bushwick Bears" every Sunday night at the Mad Tropical in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
